Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pop corn and set aside.
    Combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt.
    Cook 4 minutes on Full power; stir 3 times.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Pour popped corn into grocery sack and pour hot syrup over it.
    Stir with spoon.
    Cook in microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Remove, shake sack and cook 1 1/2 minutes.
    Remove, shake sack and cook 15 seconds.
    Let dry.
    Eat and enjoy.
