Maytime Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cans chicken bouillon or 2 bouillon cubes in 2 c. water
salt and pepper
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Salt, pepper and flour chicken and brown quickly in shortening.
Saute in drippings until soft, green pepper, onion and celery, then add flour to thicken gravy.
Place over chicken in casserole and then add bouillon.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
