Beef And Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. diced green peppers
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    10 count buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and peppers; drain.
    Add tomato sauce, garlic and chili powder; let simmer.
    Separate biscuits into 20 pieces (pull apart).
    Line an 8 or 9-inch greased baking dish with half of the biscuits.
    Remove mixture from heat.
    Add egg, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon over biscuits.
    Top with remaining biscuits and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
