Lorrie'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned)
    1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Press into an 8 x 4-inch pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Drain.
    Serves 8.
