Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
    1 can chicken broth (soup size can)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine (melt 1 stick and then 1/2 stick separately)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 stick melted margarine and crushed cornflakes.
    Put in large 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with cornflakes and rest of margarine.
    Bake for at least 45 minutes in 350\u00b0
    oven.
    Makes large casserole.
