Quick Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. sweet milk
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar (more or less)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt brown sugar and margarine in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and cool about 10 minutes.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and gradually add confectioners sugar until frosting is of right consistency to spread.
