Vegetable Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small, chopped onion
1 grated carrot (medium)
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn (may use sugar-free and
3/4 c. cottage cheese (may use light)
1 stick melted oleo (may use light)
4 eggs, slightly beaten (may use egg substitute)
1 tsp. salt
2 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix (may use sugar-free)
Preparation

Mix and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
