Legumes Fromage(Cheese Green Beans) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (8 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained and rinsed
3 cans French-style green beans or 2 pkg. frozen
1 large onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and rinse
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 to 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat green beans until boiling, drain and set aside.
Brown onion and mushrooms in margarine in heavy skillet.
In a medium saucepan, add and heat together flour, milk, cheese, Tabasco, soy sauce, Accent and pepper until cheese melts.
In large ovenproof baking dish, mix green beans, cheese sauce, mushrooms and onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes and serve.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
