Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add dissolved yeast; add buttermilk.
    Knead.
    Break off pieces and roll into biscuits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
