Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. boiling water
    4 eggs, separated
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    few grains of salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar for meringue
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, cornstarch and flour.
    Stir in boiling water and cook (medium) until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Beat egg yolks slightly and stir a little of the hot mixture into them. Then add egg yolks to hot mixture with rind, salt, lemon juice and butter.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until filling is clear, yellow and thick.
    Cool slightly and fill baked pie shell.
