Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    2 whole chicken breasts
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook mushrooms with butter until tender. Remove from heat.
    Add cheese, parsley and bread crumbs.
    Stir gently; set aside.
    Bone and halve chicken.
    Stuff about 1/3 of cheese mixture between skin of meat.
    Place skin up in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
