Sausage Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage roll
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 loaves cocktail rye bread
Preparation

Brown ground meat and sausage.
Drain excess fat.
Add Velveeta cheese (it will melt in) and spices.
Spread on cocktail rye.
Place on cookie sheets and place under low broiler until slightly browned.
Can freeze on cookie sheets and place in freezer bag for later use.
