Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Shake bag or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
Layer potatoes in a shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
