Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 pkg. spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Serves 6 to 8.
