Herbal Lo-Cal Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives (fresh or dried)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. chervil, dried
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. herb vinegar (orange mint, basil or tarragon)
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. yogurt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine garlic, chives and other seasonings with vinegar and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a blender.
    Blend on low speed while adding remaining oil in a slow stream.
    Quickly blend in yogurt and buttermilk.
    Will keep one week in refrigerator.
