Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    4 c. cooked carrots or 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced carrots
    3 c. herbed chicken stuffing
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet.
    Add onions and saute until tender.
    Add cheese, soup and carrots; mix well.
    Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole and top with stuffing.
    Melt remaining margarine and pour over stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
