Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round of corned beef
    1 orange, cut up, rind and all
    1 stalk celery with leaves, coarsely chopped
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
    2 Tbsp. pickling spices
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine orange, onion, celery, carrot, spices and water. Place corned beef in foil and cover with mixture.
    Wrap and bake for 4 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
