Cauliflower Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower, broken into small flowerets
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Simmer cauliflower and onion in water until very tender. Drain; save liquid.
    Puree in blender in 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
