Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small zucchini
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 large pepper
1 jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. lean hamburg
1 large onion
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation

In a greased casserole (3 to 4-quart size), thin slice zucchini until bowl is 1/2 full.
Cook onion and pepper until soft; add hamburg and cook until meat is done.
Add spaghetti sauce to meat mixture and pour half over zucchini slices.
Add half of Mozzarella and sharp cheeses on top of sauce mixture, then start over with more thin zucchini, the sauce and cheese on top of the sauce mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Excellent summer dish!
