Creamy Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 (9-inch) pie crusts or make your own
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 kiwi fruit, sliced
Preparation
    Roll out pastry into a 12-inch circle.
    Place on 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
    Form 1/2-inch rim; flute edges.
    Prick crust with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
