Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. peeled, coarsely grated zucchini
Preparation

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients; add to oil mixture and mix well.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Allow to cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
