Dante'S Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chopped tomatoes (Roma tomatoes are primo)
1 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. jalapeno juice
minced fresh jalapenos to desired spiciness
1 c. chopped white onion
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno slices from jar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop or dice onions and tomatoes as fine or chunky as you would like your salsa.
Mix all ingredients.
Measurements of each are variable, of course.
The salsa will become more flavorful in its own juices.
You can always throw in more tomatoes, etc., and keep it going.
Another idea is to throw in some canned tomatoes with some of their juice.
Enjoy with your favorite nacho chips or tortilla chips.
This can be hot stuff.
