Banana Bobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bananas
2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. chocolate chips
nuts
Preparation

Cut bananas in fourths; insert ice cream sticks.
Freeze until firm.
Melt chocolate.
Dip bananas into mixture.
Roll in finely chopped nuts.
Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
When firm, wrap in foil.
Return to freezer.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
