Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked, deboned, cut up chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    6 to 7 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil until tender.
    Add soup, milk, salt and softened cheese.
    Simmer until cheese melts.
    In casserole dish, put layer of chicken, then torn tortillas, then sauce.
    Repeat. Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
