Poor Man'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Put all ingredients in large bowl and beat at high speed for 10 minutes.
Do not preheat oven.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or frost after cake is cool.
