Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat together egg and water.
    Stir into pecans and coat well. Mix with other ingredients.
    Bake on a cookie sheet at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
