Honey-Walnut Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped
Preparation
    Combine oil and mustard with a wire whisk; stir in vinegar and water.
    Add honey, whisking until blended.
    Add nuts; cover and chill.
    Just before serving toss with torn fresh spinach, radishes, watercress and crumbled cooked bacon, if desired.
