6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. extra raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.
Mix well.
Add sugar and dry ingredients.
Add Raisin Bran and extra raisins.
Stor in refrigerator in covered container.
Mix keeps well for 6 weeks.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake about 15 minutes.
