Carribbean Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage, packed
1 c. julienned seeded red bell pepper
1 mango, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
3/4 c. torn fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 c. red wine vinaigrette
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill slightly before serving. Makes 8 servings.
