Baked Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block tofu
    1/2 c. fine crumbs
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger
    2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place tofu on cloth and squeeze out water.
    Put tofu into a mixing bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Put mixture into casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
