Sour Cream Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 egg

Preparation

Combine ingredients and place in baking pan.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
