Quick Lemon Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pieces boneless thin chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. canola oil or other
    salt and pepper
    1 fresh lemon
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. milk
    white rice (instant or boil in bag)
Preparation
    Pour oil to cover bottom of a large skillet and cook both sides of chicken over medium heat.
    Salt and pepper both sides. Cook approximately 5 minutes, until brown.
    At the same time, boil rice according to directions.
    Remove chicken from pan and drain grease.
