Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, prepared
    3 c. chicken, boned and chopped
    1 medium onion
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well, adding enough chicken broth from boiling breasts to give the mixture the consistency of chicken dressing. Top with 1 stick of butter, melted, and Ritz crackers, crumbled. Cook at 350\u00b0
    about 30 minutes.
    Very good!
    Makes a big casserole.
    Can be frozen.
