Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans enchilada sauce (Old El Paso is best)
    1 block cheese, grated
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno juice (optional)
    20 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Note:
    Chicken may be substituted for beef.
