Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of black pepper
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Roll chicken in mixture.
    Fry in oil and margarine until golden brown.
    Put in bake dish;
    cover with sauce.
    Using 2 tablespoons margarine, saute onion until clear.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cover while baking.
