California Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground round
    1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil in large skillet; add beef and brown.
    Drain fat.
    Add garlic, onion, green pepper, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, then add tomatoes, drained kidney beans and rice; stir to blend.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
