Easy Lasagna # 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked lasagna
    1/2 to 1 lb. hamburger (your choice as to how much meat)
    1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (your choice as to how much cheese)
    1 (15 oz.) container cottage or Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat, stirring until lightly brown.
    Drain meat and return to skillet.
    Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine cottage or Ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
