Greek Isles Appetizers(Makes 70 Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground lamb
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Cucumber Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix meat, eggs, onion, garlic and seasonings in large bowl until well blended.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place meatballs on rack in 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
