Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. peas, potatoes, onions and carrots
1 slice white bread in crumbs or 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
herbs (add your own; salt, pepper, garlic)
Preparation

Mix garlic and other herbs in with meat.
Add all other ingredients in casserole.
Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
