Latvian Bacon Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. lean bacon
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Cook bacon.
Drain and cut or break into small pieces.
Cook the onion in the bacon drippings.
Mix onion and bacon together. Put spoonful of bacon and onion mixture onto center of crescent roll.
Roll up the crescent roll and seal.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 10 minutes.
