Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices day old bread (loaf)
    toast bread and butter with 3 tsp. margarine
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar (minus 2 tsp.; use this to mix with cinnamon)
    1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix and pour over bread arranged in baking pan and let set for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
