Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    4 2/3 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 2/3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together into mixing bowl flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Cut butter in hand until fine crumbs are formed.
    Stir in buttermilk gently until all ingredients are moist and dough is formed.
    Chill 45 minutes.
    Roll 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0, until golden brown.
