Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk real good. When smooth, add rest of milk.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add butter and flavoring.
Pour in 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
