Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unpared zucchini, sliced and quartered
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. Pet milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. broken oyster crackers
1/2 c. green peppers (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
