Country Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 pkg. (rolls) Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 pkg. pistachio pudding
    3/4 c. milk
    4 c. cherry vanilla ice cream
    6 oz. Cool Whip
    maraschino cherries, if desired
Preparation
    Roll out crackers. Save 4 tablespoons for topping.
    Mix together with melted oleo and press into 10-inch pie dish.
    Beat together pudding and milk.
    Add ice cream and Cool Whip.
    Beat until mixed well.
    Pour over crust.
    Garnish with cherries, if desired.
