Tourtiere - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. sage
1/2 lb. hamburg
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
pie crust
Preparation

Combine above and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
Cool. Pour into pastry-lined deep pie plate.
Cover with pastry and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes or until crust is browned.
