Western Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped ham
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pie plate in microwave for 20 seconds.
    Mix eggs, ham, onion and green pepper; pour into pie plate.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes and 30 seconds, pushing cooked edge of omelet to center after 1 minute and 30 seconds, until center is set.
    Fold and slice onto plate; salt and pepper.
    Just before folding, sprinkle with 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, if you like.
