Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar Junior baby food carrots
Preparation

Mix well the sugar, oil and eggs.
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the vanilla and carrots.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in loaf pan.
