Butterscotch Cream Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
pecans
Preparation

Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix pudding with milk.
Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate.
