Shirley'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Put first five ingredients into pot on low flame.
    Stir frequently for two hours until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add egg that's been beaten with 1/4 cup milk.
    Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
